Office Administrator
Addson Appliances is looking for an office administrator to join our great team. If you're organised, conscientious and have an eye for detail, this job is perfect for you.
Job Description
In this role you will:

Provide outstanding customer service to ongoing and new customers

Provide excellent service to our industry leading partners
-
Provide advice and information on our services and the types of work we undertake
-
Look after bookings and scheduling, phone answering and callbacks and stay on top of all email channels
-
Liaise with Addison Appliances teams to streamline bookings, orders and cancellations
-
Provide data entry and administration that supports our activities
-
Process customer service correspondence within regulatory guidelines
Requirements
We are looking for candidates that have:
-
Certificate level qualification and/or previous experience in customer service
-
Previous experience in administration with strong customer relations skills
-
Effective communication skills to respond to customer enquiries, prepare correspondence for industry partners and liaise with our plumbing and electrical teams
-
Demonstrated experience working in a team and contributing to team goals

Plumbing Subcontractors
Addison Appliances is looking for multiple plumbing subcontractors to help with our ever expanding workload. We are searching for proficient plumbers with a good deal of experience in appliance installations.
Job Description
In this role you will:
-
Provide outstanding customer service to ongoing and new customers
-
Conduct new appliance installations, changeovers and repairs, both in and out of warranty
-
Conduct gas line upgrades and other upgrades associated with appliance installations
-
Work closely and maintain relationships with industry leading brands
-
Liaise with Addison Appliances' multiple teams to maintain open communication and fast turnarounds
Requirements
We are looking for candidates that have:
-
Qualification in plumbing and its associated learning outcomes
-
Previous experience in gas appliance installation and repairs
-
Effective communication skills to respond to customers and our indsutry leading partners
-
Maintain a professional and clean presentation for customers at all times
-
Provide clear, honest and comprehensive explanations to all customers of the works being conducted, including each appliance being installed
-
Demonstrated experience working in a team and contributing to team goals.

Plumbing Apprentices
Addison Appliances is looking for both young and mature-aged plumbing apprentices to help with our growing business.
